About our Review Process
At Xbox Solution, we take pride in telling our visitors the facts about the games and accessories for their Xbox or Xbox 360. All of our reviews are written with a clear vision — how does a game play and would we buy it? We base our scoring on a few different aspects of the game or item in question, and we detail our reasoning behind our final score within the review. Our reviews are based on a 1-10 scale, 10 being the best.
It is possible for our review scores to vary from your opinion of the game. Let’s face it, a review is really just a more analyzed opinion. So if you think a game rocks, and we say it sucks, one of us is right. The fact is, a game’s appeal really depends on the player, or person who is considering buying the title. We try to base our reviews on experience, and tell you what we think could be improved, or what areas annoyed us. If these areas aren’t an issue for you, great.
The point of our reviews is to help you make a better informed decision, based on our comments and overall scoring of the game. We do not score games based on where we got them, so if a developer sends us a game, or we purchase it at a retailer, it has the same chance at scoring low, or high. So read the review.
If you have comments of questions, feel free to contact us, or post in our forums. Enjoy!
