Having Issues With Your MW 2 Night Vision Goggles Read This First
This week the biggest game of the year was released COD: Modern Warfare 2. I have already read and received several comments and questions regarding the Prestige set. The Night Vision Goggles have a face guard the rubber around the unit. This is made to be easily taken off to wipe clean and put back on. It is not uncommon to have it move off the resting pegs. On each eye, the nose and each side there are little tabs. If you look in at the lenses and see light simply remove the side tab readjust by pushing it back into place then secure the side tab again. JAKKS offers support but the face guard will move when using. The best way to avoid this is to make sure the straps are loose then put on the unit and secure the straps to fit your face. Same goes when putting the goggles back on the head for displaying. If your unit is defective or the rubber will not stay on then call JAKKS at 1-877-875-2557 or 909-594-7771 Ext 560. They will replace or fix the unit and each set has a 90 day warranty. To prevent possible eye damage never look into a bright light source while having the goggles turned on. Also please keep in mind the hours the phone line is open is from 7:30 AM to 4:30 (GMT) I hope this helps answers the questions I am getting about the goggles.

Im glad that they will fix it, but me having to pay to ship it to them does suck.
Other then mine being defective, these things are worth the price of admission, they were fun for the short time it worked.
Rough,
Did you even call to see if you had to pay the shipping? Even if you did can’t be that much to ship it. Since it is a limited edition item I would think paying the shipping would be worth having it working? JMO
oh I agree, it should cost more then $10 with insurance, but still, I just spent 150 on the damn thing so now its costing me around 160 with me having to pay for shipping, its not a big gripe, just a small one
