Can You Use A Xbox 360 Wireless Controller On Windows Via The Play And Charge Kit?
Ok I have an Xbox 360 wireless controller and the play and charge kit. I have windows vista. I have the drivers installed on my computer for the controller and play and charge kit. I have just downloaded a super nintendo emulator and I wanted to know how I can use the controller for the emulator. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank You

“Is there a way to connect an XBOX 360 wireless controller to my PC using the Play & Charge Kit?”
Unfortunately, no. Ironically, if you had the Wired controller, you could just plug it in the computer and it would work perfectly, but who goes and buys wired controllers? The driver may only allow you to charge the controller, but there is no communicating that takes place.
In order to use a wireless controller/controllers on your PC, you need to purchase a “Wireless receiver for Windows” (Basically $20)http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbo…
I have one, and it works great.
I don’t know much about the play and charge kit, but I’m guessing it doesn’t have a wireless receiver in it. (wireless from the Controller to the kit?)
What you need is thishttp://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbo…
