Can I Use An Xbox 360 Live Card For My Regular Xbox?

I have a regular xbox and I am looking to get live for it, but none of the local shops sell regular xbox live cards, they all sell xbox 360 live cards, and buying a card online isn’t an option. I was wondering if the xbox 360 live cards would work on my regular xbox.

no they wont work that’s like asking if you could play a game like halo 3 on xbox original and go on live and play against an xbox 360 user sorry but i dont think you can buy xbox original live cards anymore unless you have a credit card and pay for it online
