How Do You Transfer Movie Files From A Xbox 360 To My Macintosh Computer?

Im making a bunch of videos from Halo 3 and and want to get them from my Xbox 360 onto my computer so I edit them and such. If anyone knows how to do it or if its even possible I need help, thanks. =)

You will need to buy a capture card to get the film from your xbox to your Computer you can get one on eBay for fairly cheap
