How Do I Return An Xbox 360 To Microsoft For Repair?

I have an xbox 360 that has been having three lights flash red. In the manual, it says this is an “internal problem, requires service”. I need to send it back to Microsoft so they can fix whatever the problem is. I have looked through the 360 manual and searched Microsoft’s website but cannot find an address of any kind. What address do I send it to so that Microsoft can fix the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You got the “Red Rings Of Death”
It’s been a massive problem with Xbox360s from day 1.
Good news is that Microsoft will repair it for free… you don’t say where is the world you are so i can’t go into to much detail… look up the Xbox web site in what ever country you are in and look for Contact Support.
you’ll need to call them… just tell them you got the red rings of death and they know what to do.

if you have had it for less than 3 years u can call 18004myxbox. they will ask u for ur console serial number which will be in the back. if its till in warranty they will ask u what is wrong with it just tell them, they will tell u to restart the xbox, unplug it and plug it back in, and see if it works. if it still dont work tell them and they will take ur adress, and they will send u a box by ups. Once u get the box u put ur 360 in it without anything just the console, no hard drive, no controller no nothing. Inside the box it will have the return sticker so u wont have to pay for shipping, send it to ur local ups and they will send it back to the xbox factory, like in 1-2 weeks they will send u ur box back with a new xbox in it, and free month of xbox live.
wow.this problem really is big with the xbox.Look up online how bad this problem is..Microsoft is known for problems with software and hardware.i have a apple mac and a ps3 and never had any problems..i guess you could look up Microsoft’s number,i would have thought there would have been a contact number in the instructions.bad company..please do yourself a favor get a ps3

it took about twenty minutes to go through everything and they sent the shipping material in the three to four days that they said they would, i am shipping it today
