What’s The Difference Between Xbox 360 Pro And Xbox 360 Elite; And, Is The Elite Worth The Price?

XBox 360 Pro runs $299 on Amazon, the elite is $399. The only differences seem to be an extra 60 GB memory, the black finish and the HDMI cable. Is the Elite better than the Pro in other ways, and it is worth the money?

the elite has a mat black finish, come with an HDMI cable, and 1080p resolution, 16:9 cinematic aspect widescreen ratio. the console also come with a 120gb hard drive while the pro only has 60gb. so if you are not going to be downloading a bunch of stuff at the marketplace, i’d just go for the pro, but if u will be downloading tons of stuff, i’d buy the elite.
Get the Elite, the Pro can’t get or do a lot of the stuff the Elite can. Plus, like the Arcade, on the Pro you can’t get the Arcade games. But on the Elite you can get the Arcade games without the disc. Yes, definatley get the Elite, it’s worth it
It plays the exact same games as the PRO so it’s not like the games are different. You are right just black finish extra 60 GB and HDMI cable
The only difference is the pro will be phased out. The elite price is now $299.
They are the only differences. General concensus is that the Elite is for suckers

Get a PS3 same as an Elite but better
The pro is now 249 and elite 399. The elite has a 120gig HD the pro 60…also the Elite comes with an HDMI cable although they both have an HDMI output. So 50 bucks more for an HDMI cable and 60 Gigs more space. Oh and the Elites 50 bucks more. You choose
the elite is WAY better than the pro it has 60 more gigs the the pro and it has that black style finish it also comes withe black head set and the black wireless controller and you can be better the the people with the other xbox 360
