it dose work look at the top of your screen and you will see a bar that is where you put your cheats in

They work… you need to press CTRL + SHIFT + C all at the same time… you may have an HP PC that has another program that uses that combination, see here for more info: http://vgstrategies.about.com/u/ua/pccheatst/TheS...

These cheats don't work on Sims 3. The ctrl+shift+c doesn't do anything. That may have worked for Sims 1 and 2, but unless there is another trick to getting it to work on sims 3 there currently is no working cheats for this game.
