Resident Evil 5 Demo Available for XBL Gold Subscribers
Capcom has exclusively released the demo for Resident Evil 5 on the Xbox Live Marketplace today. Gold subscribers are able to download the demo today, while Silver members will be granted access to the demo starting January 29th. The demo includes 3 levels that can be played both in single-player mode, or 2-player co-op via Xbox Live.
Resident Evil 5 will be released on March 13th, don’t forget to download the demo here! I’m downloading it as I write this and really want to try the online co-op on it.

Maybe it’s because I am not a Resident Evil game player (I think I played one RE in the past and can’t remember which one), but I was disappointed with the demo. The camera is not good at all, the controls are very confusing and non-responsive, and I just couldn’t get into it at all. It may be just me… will try it a couple more times, but as of right now, I will not be buying this one.
I have been a long time Resident Evil fan, and I must say, although the graphics are so beautiful, the camera work leaves much to be desired. I mean come on, I can’t move while I am aiming??! This will take a lot to get used to, but I must have this one anyway.
