Mad Catz is showing off their new Street Fighter IV FightStick and FightPad at CES 2009. The FightStick will have special Street Fighter IV art work and a new feature that will allow gamers to insert special character cards into the stick which will display all the special moves available for that character. This will be made for both the Xbox 360 and PS3 and should hit stores in February. The FightPad will also have the special art and features but more compact and made for those who prefer to fight with a pad. Both controllers sound cool but I am not sure about adding turbo buttons to a fight stick I thought we have advanced a bit more as gamers. I guess we will have to wait and see when the two items ship. I wonder if they will be collector’s items as the last batch of Street Fighter controllers.
