It’s been awhile since there has been a new Tomb Raider game that had me interested. Today Eidos sent word that the latest adventure of Laura Croft Tomb Raider: Underworld has shipped to stores in North America. The game will reflect Laura’s personality and mix puzzle solving and combat in a way like no other game in the series. It also seems along with a new Model playing Laura the game will provide new high tech gear for her and new vehicles to drive. The title will also have new chapters to purchase closer to Christmas keeping the game fresh with new content. Pricing for this is not yet announced but I will post it as soon as I get the word on it. They are also going to introduce a new Character in Early 2009 via the downloadable chapters perhaps a way of introducing a new spin off? This is a huge release week and there are many games out there to pick from. I must say this one looks tempting and for long time fans I know they are going to want to play the newest adventure of Laura Croft.
