THQ sent me over the cover of the upcoming WWE Legends of WrestleMania and the Wrestlers gracing the cover certainly fit the name. Hulk Hogan, The late Andre the Giant,Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock share the cover. All are hall of famers or heading there one day and have left their mark in Wrestling. The game will also feature two Hall of famers doing the commentary Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart. Which should make it very interesting for wrestling fans I only hope the game is a little better than the last Legends of Wrestling title. It sounds like it will be and we will have more on the complete roster and other features soon.

Thor Books sent word that the new Halo book “The Cole Protocol” written by Tobias S. Buckell is now in stores. The last Halo book went to the New York Times best sellers list and this one is expected to as well. I would recommend this for any one that is a fan of the Halo series and with Christmas right around the corner it would make a great gift the soft cover book sells for $14.95 and has a cool cover.

News from Microsoft is that the upcoming Halo 3: Recon has a new name. The new name is now Halo 3: ODST still confused why they kept the Halo 3 before it but it’s now the new name. We expect more news on this next week so stay tuned.

Today gamers can download Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. The classic game has some updated graphics and is supposed to be one of the best looking arcade titles to date. While I am a fan of the series and the game the price is a little steep for this time of year. The price is 1200 Microsoft points they also have a new pinball table for Pinball FX with the theme and other downloads for Street Fighter fans.

For fans of Fable II I just got word that new DLC is expected to hit the 2nd week of December. The DLC will be both free and Premium content the Premium content will cost 800 Microsoft points. The new DLC will open up the Knothole Island for added quests. The game has sold well and now gamers have a reason to start playing it again if they already beat the game.

Just in time for Thanksgiving practice you’re curving skills on the Dead Space Demo. You have heard the buzz about the game now try it when it hits the XBL marketplace tomorrow. The demo also hits the Sony Store the same day and will hit Europe on the 27th. Download it and experience a bit of the game that has everyone talking.

Ubisoft sent word that Prince of Persia has gone gold and has a ship date of December 2nd. They also announced that gamers who pre-order the game will receive a free upgrade to the limited edition. Not a bad deal for the holidays the limited edition comes with the following items.

Microsoft sent word that there are new songs available to download for the game LIPS. Each song this week is 160 Microsoft points. They also sent next week’s list please keep in mind that the prices will vary from song to song. When you download a song you need to put in the game disc to see the content. They are planning on releasing Christmas songs and more DLC is planned. Make sure to check the marketplace for more content and song details.

Today Rockstar sent word that the first new episode to update Grand Theft Auto IV will hit the marketplace on February 17th 2009. The Lost and the Damned is the first new episode and another one is already slated soon after that. While a price has not been set it sounds like buying the new episode will also add new weapons and perhaps introduce new characters. I know fans of the series were wondering when Rockstar would release the first update. Stay tuned for more news on this as the date gets closer.
