We reported that rumors of the next Guitar Hero game would feature the legendary rock group Aerosmith. Today I found out that the next Guitar Hero game will not just feature the group Aerosmith it will be all Aerosmith. For the first time the franchise Guitar Hero is going to have only one band. To celebrate Guitar Hero: Aerosmith’s summer ship date it was also announced that from the 16th-18th of February gamers can download the song Dream on XBL marketplace for free!

Some may question a game featuring only one band but then again it is one of the most popular bands in history. Steve, Joe and the rest of the band are pumped about the upcoming game. Make sure to download the free song Dream On while you can because the song will not be available later to buy. While the news is a first it’s not that unexpected now we need to see what plans RockBand has up their sleeves to battle back. The game is also slated for the PS3 and the Nintendo Wii we are sure to have more details soon about this one.
