News from Microsoft and Bungie today, as I predicted after all the rumors started to flow about Bungie leaving Microsoft I got the final run down. I will give the link but let me break it down in a simple way. Bungie is an independent devolper and company they want to protect that due to the fact it’s rare to find any still around in the industry today. So Bungie protected their rights and made a new agreement with Microsoft. Halo and all properties around the game are still with Microsoft you will not see Halo on the PS3 as rumors stated earlier this week. I read the early news and the reason we do not post it until the facts are out is to avoid spreading the fire so to speak. The bottom line is that Bungie and Microsoft have reached a new agreement and Bungie has their freedom to create other games and seek out new franchises without needing permission.
