Microsoft.Huge News from Microsoft today, the first global sales reports are in and Halo 3 earned a whopping 300 Million since the launch on September 25th. The report also states that sales of the Xbox 360 console has doubled since the launch and with more killer games on the way this Holiday season it looks like the Xbox 360 is in the drivers seat. The 300 million dollar figure makes Halo 3 the fastest selling game ever and indicates a very strong 4th quarter with the help of Mass Effect, Rock Band, Guitar Hero III and Madden 08 still selling strongly. I bet we will have more on this during our next podcast for right now all I can say is Wow!
