HALO 3: Master Chief Dies Play the Game and Find out
Okay, Halo was great and I enjoyed playing it for hours then Halo 2 shipped and the single player Cliff Hanger made me mad. I just thought it could have been done in a different way. I recently mentioned I hoped that Halo 3 would not only play great but tell the story just as well. Wednesday of this week Microsoft and Bungie sent out a press release talking about a new ad campaign. Since then rumors are flying around the internet that Master Chief will indeed die in Halo 3 and from the first video it seems this way. Of course this is a clever new marketing blitz for the release of Halo 3. The detailed look of each modeled character and the emotions heard from the ones who where there in the epic battle are outstanding. Of course the Halo 3 survivors and those not so lucky have been hand made into a 360 degree model that looks very realistic. Halo 3 fan boys where so eager for more that the second video somehow was leaked within hours and fueled the story of John’s death even more. I personally think the hero lives on but we will all see when the game ships. Until then you can visit the new site and see what the entire buzz is about. It seems all the movies will be on the marketplace as well for download. If the site is maxed you can also see the first 2 movies here. I think this is a great move on Bungie and Microsoft’s part and maybe one of the best marketing campaigns ever created for a video game.

Him and Cortana are floating in space millions of light years away, and for all you wondering how arbiter got made and chief didn’t, Arbiter made it by making it through the slipspace closed but it hole closed on half of the ship, leaving behind the chief. Back to Chief and Cortana, the ship starts faling down into this wierd planet.
I HOPE ON HALO 4 WE GET TO SEE HIS HEAD STOP TEMPTING US BUNGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

he dosnt die… and there is going to be a prequel so its still halo triligy but its being made by other peeps **soz peepz for my spelling but i cbf its 3 in the morning.. or 9 in the afternoon… peepz wont get that soon anywayz yeh i dont think he dead but… they are making a prequel cuz sony the soon winners of console wars are getting ready to war with halo 4 and GOD ITS A PREQUEL OK? and i dont really like microsoft but i hope they keep making halo and gears of war cuz there massive games which will make sony make awesome games so every1 wins and master chief is not dead finish it on legendary i thought he was dead 1st time I beat the game too.
I don’t think I’ve ever, in all my time on the internet, seen such horrendous and overwhelming evidence that videogame players are practically illiterate and socially retarded. And I’ve been one all my life. If more than 5% of the people that have argued about the ending of Halo 3 here are over 13 years old I think I may just kill myself.
May i point out that the flood couldnt get off the first halo ring intill the humans came because they had no transport. The humans left behind pelicans and other space craft on the first halo so the flood got off the first halo.THINK ABOUT ALL THE HALO RINGS NOBODYS EVER BEEN TO AND THERE ARE FLOOD STILL TRAPPED ON.
MASTER CHIEF IS NOT DEAD!!! Watch the credits and after them a movie will play. SPOILER!!!! It is Master Chief and Cortana trapped on the part of the ship that didn’t get through the portal. The Arbitar was closer to the front of the ship so he made it through. Master Chief floats to a cryo-chamber and says yet another one of his famous lines “Wake me, when you need me”. Then the ship starts drifting to a planet that is not Earth. My opinion is that it is Onyx. If you read the book “The Ghosts of Onyx”, then you know thats were Team Katana, Team Saber and most members of Blue Team are trapped. And yes, they are Spartans! So just to make it clear, John 117 is not dead, they just think that. Hopefully their is a Halo 4, but I seriosly doubt it. There will be Halo Wars, Halo Chronicals and The Halo Movie, so i am pumped up for that. So see ya!
