NCsoft Releases City of Heroes Issue 6

NCsoft® North America announces the release of Issue 6: “Along Came a Spider,” the latest expansion to City of Heroes®. The expansion, provided by the game’s developer, Cryptic Studiosâ„¢, will offer exciting new content, graphics and technology upgrades. It will also pit heroes and villains into direct conflict as it opens the doors to new player-versus-player (PvP) zones that will be shared with characters from the soon to be released City of Villainsâ„¢. Midway Arcade Treasures 3 Xbox Review

Midway Arcade Treasures has been a popular series. The last two versions offered gamers a ton of classic games to enjoy and brought back memories. Being a fan of the classic games myself, I have enjoyed the series as well. Let’s face it for $19.99 the last two editions offered players some great tiles that played very well. Midway always seems to sneak in a few gems in their collection and offers plenty of replay value.

Blitz: The League Xbox Review

I love football and by now anyone who has read my sports reviews should know this. Now when the NFL inked the deal that took the rights away from other game companies, I was the first to rant and rave about it. I was afraid that this would leave the other games out their stale and basically boring. Midway took the sports genre to a new level with their first Blitz football game and it was an instant hit in the arcade. The over-the-top playing style and commentary was unlike anything fans have ever seen before.

L.A. Rush Xbox Review

Racing games are big business; the right one can put a company on the map and a bad one can bankrupt a game company. At this time of year there is a ton of racing titles waiting to be released. Racing fans like either a real sim style or an arcade style. Throw in a mix and it has to be right to appeal to die hard fans. There is just something about a racing game that makes you either really get into the game or make you bored if it’s not good. In fact, companies have been trying for the right mix for years so they would have a hit racer on their hands.
