Video Game publisher Mastiff announced the launch of the step editor for Pump It Up: Exceed. Free and available for download from Xbox Live, the step editor is exclusive to the version of Pump It Up: Exceed for the Xbox® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The step editor allows players to import their favorite music via Xbox Soundtracks and create their own choreography, and to create or modify steps for existing songs in the game.

Sid Meier’s Pirates Xbox Review

Now pirates have always been cool, from crushing your eye socket with a plastic eyepatch from the joke shop, to yelling “haharrrgh!” from some sort of waterborne vessel. Which makes it surprising that we don’t see many pirate games around these days. Pirates is the best I’ve release I’ve seen for this genre, mixing free-roaming gameplay and a classic storyline.

Marvel Entertainment, Inc. A leading global character-based entertainment and licensing company, today announced the promotion of David Maisel, 43, to Vice-Chairman of its Marvel Studios division and Executive Vice President – Corporate Development of Marvel Entertainment. Mr. Maisel, who was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of the Marvel Studios division, will report directly to Marvel’s Chief Executive Officer. DreamCater’s Cold War in Stores for Xbox & PC

DreamCatcher Games, a global publisher of interactive entertainment, announced that the company’s highly anticipated stealth action game “Cold War” has been released in North America for PC and Xbox.

Rated “T” for Teen by the ESRB, “Cold War” follows the story of Matt Carter, an American freelance journalist, who finds himself in the midst of an international conspiracy that aims to take control of the U.S.S.R. Twelve hours after arriving in Moscow for a routine story, Carter is stripped of all his possessions, beaten unconscious and thrown into the KGB’s political prison. Using only recovered weapons and improvised gadgets, he must now evade and overcome elite Soviet forces and defeat the conspiracy before he is sent to a Siberian prison camp or killed.
