THQ Inc. and JAKKS Pacific, Inc. today announced the release of their newest World Wrestling Entertainment licensed video game, WWE Day of Reckoning exclusively for Nintendo GameCube. According to The NPD Group, Inc./NPD Funworld/TRSTS Video Games Service, the World Wrestling Entertainment videogame franchise has total sales in excess of $680 million in the U.S. alone, making it one of the biggest brands in interactive entertainment. WWE Day of Reckoning is now available at major retail outlets throughout North America.
