Majesco Appoints Marc Weisman to Board of Directors
Further strengthening its Board of Directors, Majesco Holdings Inc., a leading
publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products, today announced
the addition of Marc Weisman. Currently the founder and managing partner of
Sagaponack Partners, Mr. Weisman brings more than 27 years of legal, financial
and transactional experience to the post, and adds another vital dimension to
Majesco’s Board of Directors.

Prior to starting Sagaponack Partners, Mr. Weisman was a director in the Principal
Transactions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he co-headed the high
yield real estate finance section. Previous to his association with Credit Suisse
First Boston, Mr. Weisman was the senior-most investment professional in association
with The Adco Group, a privately held real estate and financial services company.
Before joining Adco, Mr. Weisman was the chief financial officer of Oppenheimer
& Co., Inc. and a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a major national
law firm.
Mr. Weisman received his L.L.M. in taxation from New York University and his
B.A. and J.D. from Temple University.
