On an annoucement on Rainbow
Six 3’s official web site
, UbiSoft has made known to gamers that they do
know about people cheating with Action Replay and that they also know about
the problem with the game’s stats not being available most of the time. The
complete annoncement says:

Cheating & Stats Issues
It has come to out attention that some players have
been cheating, for example, with the Action Replay cheat to enable Molotov
cocktails among other items in multiplayer online play.

Both Ubisoft and Microsoft take this very seriously and a fix is
under way and will be implemented soon.

Additionally, many of you may have noticed, the Rainbow Six 3 stats
are not working properly. This is a huge priority for Ubisoft &
Microsoft and both companies are working closely to get this fixed as
quickly as possible.

We are making every effort to ensure the best online gaming experience
for everyone playing Rainbow Six 3.

Thanks for your patience.

So after all, they are listening. I have never had a complaint about Ubi’s
support towards their customers and this just proves my point again, yes they
are listening. You will always find the person that wants a quick fix right
NOW, but if you want the problem to be fized you just need to give it some time
until they an figure the problem out.

Cheaters… you have your days counted so I would start enjoying those molotov
coctkails about now before the problem is fixed and your LIVE accounts are banned
from the system. As most gamers know, cheating is very frowned upon per Xbox
LIVE’s terms of use.

On a related note, another short article on Rainbow six 3’s web site confirmed
that stats were reset as informed by Microsoft to the RS3 team
