With all the acrobatic energy and playful curiosity of a super charged chameleon,
TDK Mediactive, Inc. and Artificial Mind and Movement, Inc. (A2M) announced
today an agreement to develop and publish the original intellectual property,
“Scaler“â„¢. Currently in development across
multiple game platforms, the title is scheduled to release in Q4, 2004.

“‘Scaler’ represents the commitment of TDK
Mediactive to develop and publish AAA proprietary games,” stated Vincent
Bitetti, Chief Executive Officer, TDK Mediactive. “TDK plans to back
‘Scaler’ with its biggest budget and consumer marketing campaign to date because
‘Scaler’ has all the personality and original features of a big hit.”

“Scaler” is a fast paced, visually stunning, action packed adventure,
with unique twists and humor around every corner. The crafty chameleon can steal
the shape of his opponents, giving him new abilities with each transformation.
Although many more details will be released at a later date, the first sneak
peek of the game will be shown behind closed doors in the TDK Mediactive booth
(South Hall, #1400) at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) May 14 through
16, 2003.
