Electronic Arts Inc. announced today that former All-American USC quarterback
and 2002 Heisman Trophy winner Carson Palmer is the spokesman
for the EA SPORTS™ brand NCAA® Football 2004. Palmer,
who is expected to be a first round pick in the NFL Draft this weekend, will
appear on the cover of the newest iteration of the best-selling and most popular
college football videogame, NCAA Football 2004. His image will appear on all
of the game’s packaging and merchandising.

videogame since I was a kid but never thought I would end up on the cover. EA

senior quarterback, the Pop Warner Award as the top senior on the West Coast
and The National Quarterback Club’s National College Quarterback of the Year
Award. He was named the National Player of the Year by The Sporting News and
CNNSI.com and to the 2002 AP, Football Writers, The Sporting News, ESPN.com,
CBS.Sportsline.com, CNNSI.com and All-American Football Foundation All-American
first teams. He started all four years and owns eight Pac-10 career records
including total offense (11,621), plays (1,824), passing yardage (11,818), completions
(927) and attempts (1,569).
