Mad Catz Hardware Line-up announced
First Nyko and now Mad Catz Interactive, the peripheral manufacturers are going all out today on the E3 line-ups. Mad Catz Interactive announced both their E3 line-up and 2002 Fall line-up of peripherals for Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube and Game Boy Advance. On display at booth 500 in the South Hall at E3 will be some of the companies upcoming Lynx wireless controllers, light guns, steering wheels, and ethernet cables.

Mad Catz Line-Up
Lynx Wireless Controllers (Xbox, PlayStation 2): The Lynx controller is based on the companies 900Mhz controller launched in 2001 for PlayStation 2. The new Lynx controller for Xbox and PlayStation 2 will be released with the same 900Mhz speed as the previous controller. It utilizes radio frequency (RF) technology allowing for up to 40 feet of un-blockable range. On the standard side of things, the controller has pressure-sensitive analog buttons, d-pad, dual analog joysticks, programmable macro for complex moves, force feedback and rubber grips.
MicroCON Controllers (Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube): The MicroCON controllers for Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube is a re-designed version of their small controllers. Utilized for those with smaller hands the controller will feature expansion bays for memory cards, rubber grips, analog buttons and a nine-foot braided steel cable.
Universal MC2 Racing Wheel (Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube): As the title suggest, the Universal MC2 Racing Wheel is the latest racing wheel from Mad Catz. It features force feedback, two pedals, three control modes (analog, steering and digital) and programmable action buttons.
